No person shall, while occupying or acting in a fiduciary relationship, (specifically,
but not limited to, agent, servant or employee of another, or as the trustee, bailee
or custodian of the property of another) wrongfully convert or appropriate property
or money in his possession, by virtue of that relationship, to his own use, with the
intent to defraud and without the consent of the principal.
